This draft describes the intended handling of information submitted to MarketLens. It must be reviewed and completed by the business owner before public launch.
Information collected
Audit requests include business and contact details, optional links and descriptions, consent, payment references and fulfilment records. Contact enquiries include the information you enter into the contact form.
How information is used
Information is used to process your request, review your brand, provide support and deliver the report. Marketing consent is not bundled with service consent. Payment details are handled through PhonePe; this website does not store card numbers.
Service providers and storage
The application uses a configured database and private report storage, PhonePe for payments, and a configured transactional email provider for delivery. The owner must confirm hosting location, provider agreements, access controls and retention periods.
Cookies
Essential, HTTP-only cookies keep staff signed in and allow customers to access their own order status. This implementation does not add advertising cookies.
Owner decisions required
Provide the legal business identity, privacy contact, retention and deletion schedule, data access and correction process, applicable jurisdiction, international transfer details, and final effective date.
